An authored route is shaped by a particular place and moment. The final departure also depends on group format, operating conditions and individual confirmation.

Which departure?
Date, duration, season and readiness belong to the specific Journey, not to general Travel Access.
Who can request it?
Traveler and Member eligibility, group format and individual fit are assessed for the departure.
When is it real?
A place becomes confirmed only under that Journey’s agreed operating and commercial conditions.
05 / PRACTICAL CLARITY
Know what approval actually means.
Three separate decisions protect clarity: approval to access the travel program, eligibility for Member-only Journeys where applicable, and a confirmed place on one departure. Each Journey has its own scope, inclusions, cancellation rules and payment terms. The annual Membership offer is not published as a purchasable package until its terms are approved.

Before you apply.
Can I travel without being a Member?
Yes. Travelers can request the shared Journey program and pay separately for each confirmed departure. Only admitted Members can request Members-only Journeys. Neither role guarantees a seat.
Does Travel Access approval reserve my place?
No. Account approval, eligibility to request a Journey and confirmation of a place are separate decisions. The actual Journey must also have reached its approved operating and commercial release stage.
What does Membership cost?
Membership is designed around an annual contribution, separate from the price of Journeys attended. The annual amount, renewal terms and service scope require approval before publication or checkout. The page does not accept Membership payment.
What is included in a Journey?
Each Journey has a separate scope, price, inclusions, exclusions, group format and participation conditions at its approved release stage. Photography, local expertise or special access are included only where explicitly confirmed.
Does an invitation guarantee acceptance?
No. An invitation or personal introduction does not bypass review, create Membership or confirm a place. The invited person retains control over their application and private information.
